Fill this out to reap the benefits of one man's insanity.

Your video should be ready within 2 weeks (usually a day or two, but I like to be safe). You will be notified when the DVD is ready, and asked how you would like to receive it. You can pick it up in Westminster, MD, or they can be sent to your location for $5.00 to cover shipping/handling. I also also ask for a $5.00 donation ** per DVD in addition to S/H costs (with the exception of It's A Wonderful Troupe: The PZP, for which I humbly request $10).

**(not required, but appreciated-the dvds come in cases with covers and labels, and they aren't free you know- Also, the PZP is the longest of all DVDs at almost almost 1.5 hrs, and required more expensive glossy labels and inserts)
